As your health coach, I am here to support you in your health and wellness journey. I will empower you to take charge of your health and motivate you to achieve your goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, have more energy, balance hormones or just eat more veggies, I will give you the tools, encouragement and inspiration you need to reach your health and wellness. My goal is to help you feel your best and be the healthiest version of yourself.

We will discuss the importance of nutrition, movement and exercise, stress management, toxins, rest, mindset and how all of these topics affect your health and wellness. I will help you learn to prioritize your health and wellness. This is not quick fix. This is a journey and I am here to walk it with you.

90 Days to a Healthier You Program

My 90 Days to a Healthier You Program includes four (4) appointments (via Skype, in-person, FaceTime or phone call) and unlimited email support as needed. Why 90 days? That’s because all your red blood cells turn over every 90 - 120 days. As this happens, your mitochondria (your cells’ energy stores) are replenished with nutrients. So as you adopt healthier eating and lifestyle habits, you should develop more energy and fewer symptoms. People are usually not well because of a toxicity or a deficiency. At the end of my 90 Days to a Healthier You Program, you will be well on your way to feeling like a new person. Because literally, you’ll have a new body. After the 90 Days, you can choose how to proceed. You may commit to another 90 days if you feel you need more of my support, encouragement and guidance. You can opt for a monthly check-ins. Or you can choose to travel along your journey alone.

More details of my 90 Days to a Healthier You Program:

Before signing up for my 90 Days to a Healthier You Program, please contact me via email me so that I can send you intake forms to complete before our first meeting or call. During this program, you will have my unlimited email support.

Day 1: We will have your 50 to 60 minute health history and goals consultation. We will discuss the information on your intake forms. I will explain how I will guide and help you in your health journey and I will give you my initial recommendations for possible lab testing and detoxes.

Day 30: We will have our second 50 to 60 minute appointment where we will discuss the details of your personal wellness plan (lab results, meal plan, food shopping guide, wellness protocols, stress reduction techniques, exercise recommendations and more).

Day 60: We will have a 30 minute follow-up appointment to discuss adjustments and updates to your plan. I will give you more resources, guidance, ideas and inspiration for you to continue to achieve your wellness goals.

Day 90: We will have our last 30 minute appointment (unless you decide to continue for further support and guidance in your health journey). At this appointment I will give you tips on how to maintain your results for a lifetime of good health, whole wellness and amazing energy.

30 Day Check-in Program

My 30 Day Check-in Program is offered to those who have completed the 90 Days to a Healthier You Program. This monthly check-in is for clients who are well on their way to a better version of themselves. In addition to having me as an accountability partner, I will also review and modify their journey to make sure they stay on track. We will discuss current diet, supplements or any health concerns you may have.

You may decide after completing the 90 Days to a Healthier You Program, that you have what you need to continue your journey without my support. Everyone is different and are at different stages of their health and wellness journey. We can customize the support to meet your needs.

I will give you simple tips on how to transition your pantry and refrigerator to an environment that will help set you up for successful plant-based diet, if that is a desire for you.

I will share some of my favorite recipes that are healthy, nourishing and taste good.

I will help you find a movement and exercise plan that suits your body type, your current lifestyle and preferences. This can change over time.

I will help you find ways to reduce stress in your life, increase self-care routines and learn how to just relax.

I will give you tips on how to make you home a less toxic space for you and your family.

I will give you tips on how to get the rest and quality sleep you need to live each day with better joy, enthusiasm and energy.

I will be there to support, motivate, encourage and empower you to achieve your own personal success.

Your Investment in Better Health

The cost of my 90 Days to a Healthier You Program is $300.  This price includes four (4) consultations/appointments and my unlimited email support for those 12 weeks.

The cost of my 30 Day Check-in Program is $100 per 60 minute or $50 per 30 minute check-in. These fees do not include the cost of labs, nutritional supplements, food, or any other products discussed or recommended.
